Connect Month to Month & Contract Guidelines • Customers 1-15 seats should be sold month to month (AM Team will work on converting them to contracts) • 16 to 49 seats must be one or two year contracts only / 50+ seats are two year contracts only w/ Sales Engineer sign off. • The billing cycles for contracts are 3 or 12 months (Customer’s choice)
